Sui Generis: “If you’ve never failed, you’ve never lived”

    EPIC FAIL

You're one of the countless millions who spend their whole life hyping up failure as a badge of pride. You learn, you get on with life. You don't brag about it.

You don't brag about it, but you don't hide away from talking about it either.

And it's not really the "failure" aspect of it, in my opinion. It's more the risk aspect of it. Being willing to take risks, is something that should be worn as a badge of pride. And the thing is, with risks, there will definitely be failures.

So in a sense, yes, failure can be a "badge of pride". Of course, you need a balance, but having some failures is better than having none, in my opinion. More often than not, having no failures shows that you're not taking enough risks and not stepping out enough.

I did not take it as hyping up failure. I took it as a person can still succeed regardless of what other's tell them it they put their mind to it. If you get knocked down, get back up and keep pushing toward your goals.
