  • When I feel bad about a mistake I made I analyze my feelings and the situation. I see failure as an opportunity to grow and I practice being grateful of the courage it took to make a mistake. I ask myself: What caused this bad feeling? What should I change in my life to avoid this? And I try to change my life the best I can.
  • Thanks for the advice. =). It's easier said than done, I suppose. But it's still good advice.
  • One of my favorite quotes is "If you can't pronounce it, say it loud!" It reminds me to go past the incident and focus on lifelong learning.
  • i reflect and think about the reasons why i failed and try not to make the same mistake again.reflection had enabled me to accept uncertainty and confusion and accept failure as part of the learning process.
